Movie Maniac: Coming-of-age tale 'Mister Foe' gets weird, but it's not repulsive

"Mister Foe" was originally titled "Hallam Foe" when it premiered at the Berlin Film Festival in 2007, where it won a jury prize. After that, the film went on to a successful international festival run before having a limited theatrical release in the United States this past summer (it never came to Wichita).
